Healthy Strawberry Muffin
Ingredients:
275gr cake flour
2 chicken eggs
2 cavendish banana
250gr strawberry
2 teaspoon vanilli
1/2 teaspoon salt
130gr palm sugar
90gr margarine
1 teaspoon baking powder
The Making:
- Slice strawberry into small pieces. Make a banana puree by using a fork.
- Mix banana puree with eggs, margarine, and palm sugar.
- Pour the rest of the ingredients into the dough. Blend them well.
- Put the dough into paper cups, bake them for 25 minutes. 180 celcius degree.
- Enjoy your healthy strawberry muffin! ;)

p.s. Me & Qunyuq planned to do this cooking project on a weekly basis. Budget: Rp25.000/person/week (way cheaper and more effective than paying Rp100.000-150.000/session for those 4-hour cooking class!).
