For The Year Ended Dec 31st, 2011

at “Snowy Bandung” Event (terjemahan maksa bebas dari Bandung Bersalju)

Festival Citylink, Bandung

.

This is what we did on the last day of 2011. Why this event? Because none of us have ever felt the real snow, hahaha. *sad*

By paying Rp50.000/adult or Rp40.000/child (or anyone whose height is below 140 cm), you can play as long as you can survive the -15 celcius degree, snowy playing ground. Oh wait, it’s actually an icy playing ground. The snow was made out of something like flour -well i didn’t have the gut to taste it.

At first, I was kind of impressed with the “play as long as you like” offer. Later on, I found that offer not as attractive as before, because IT’S FREAKING COLD INSIDE, bbrrrr… Me, @carmayden, Indy (8 y’o), Menyem (10 y’o), and Arya (11 y’o) could only stand about fifty minutes inside, including +- 5 minutes break.

(Menyem & me)

(Karon)

(Indy took a pose)

(how did it feel, Arya?)

(me & Indy)

Right outside the exit door, we could barely felt our feet. :))

Tips: Don’t forget to bring jacket, scarf, socks, gloves, or even your own earmuff from home. You will definitely save a lot of money, because a pair of gloves worth Rp5.000 was sold for Rp20.000 at the accessory counter.
